OMAN, UAE, BAHRAIN, KUWAIT you name it, they are there, found in offices as managers, HRs, Engineers, Doctors & Nurses. If people think they are there because of the workforce quality, then they only know the half truth. The full truth is, they oppressed the other minorities India systematically & positioned themselves to the most benefits out of any opportunity for Jobs, Businesses etc.

If you think it will be unwise to hold them based on religious identity then go & check how many Muslim they allow to take the position in Govt sectors by percentage vs Population.

They mastered themselves in lobbying which teaches them how to smartly boot lick & how to smarty oppress the others with the combination of smile & soft threats. Arabs must understand that they are doing mistake by giving out huge huge chunk of economy to leak outside, that too, to a racist hateful community.

What for is that Arab League and Organization of Islamic co-operation if the treasury of Muslim is getting looted right in front of them.

You may ignore today's Muslims oppression in India with a view that they are lesser Islamic than you are, but the same hatred & deceit is in their hearts just like they had when Ignorant Muslims Rulers of India trusted them.

It is clear that the Indian workforce is the most educated, capable and cheap workforce available and with the command on English Indians are poised to be in the top govt positions in these Arab states. As Hindus are 82% of the Indian population so the majority of the people working in Middle east are Hindus.
It's very easy to understand if you apply logic.

I think I know a bit about GCC countries since I have interacted to all sectors professionals in Saudi Arabia to be specific..
Your age profile shows 25 years only ..May I know which city you live in and in which sector you worked there ?how many other GCC countries you have worked in beside KSA? What sectors you are exposed to and what kind of professionals you interact with ?
Indians are there since they are doing jobs in a way requires by the hosting country same goes for others
