Good work. I met Manoj a few years ago in manchester. India has made very significant strides in HEPj.
We unfortunately here is pakistan have got shamelessly stupid rulers, likes of shahbaz sharof, who thinks he is everything, acts as an EEng, MEng, ChemEng, metallurgist, HEP admin and infact he is nothing but a 'low-cost lohar' who cannot even run a privately owned 'steel mill'. We have failed miserably in power generation and HEPj over the last thirty-five years. Low cost lohars in key positions and its been a fast spiraling death rattle for us.
