Yes, even the pilot of that Dhruv cannot forget that crash. The Court of Inquiry attributed it to Pilot Error.
In the pictures above, it does not seem that any of those Beautiful Women is a pilot. So the Druv will be safe!

Before this gets out of hand- this was caused catergorically by pilot error. END OF STORY.

Having said that despite being such a horrendous and "ugly" crash there were no fatalities- says a lot about the ALH's safety features and survivability.
