Help! Swollen hand after injury

So I punched someone and now my hand is swollen. I never knew that ice was to be applied. Did that only after six hours had passed and hand had swollen by much. Then I didn't know brufen could be used to reduce inflammation took a pill only after 24 hrs had passed. Now 30 hrs have passed but the hand is still swollen. Can anyone inform me how to reduce the swelling quickly.

You probably broke something. Head to a local clinic and have it checked out.

Get it checked out if you're worried.

Otherwise, ice and anti-inflammatory medicines. It won't heal overnight, takes a few days.

Could be a fracture. See a medical practitioner, and get a x ray done.

Dont use ibuprofen, its bad for your kidneys. Cool it and get an X-Ray done

Without proper traing knuckles get easily fractured. There is a reason gloves/hand wraps are used in boxing, MMA or even fist fight in ancient times. Most probably fracture, get it checked.

but same Molecules ie same composition

For pain Diclofenac 50 Mg 3 times a day is Best

If you are unable to move your fingers and wrist then it is a fracture

Wonder what happened to the one you punched. If he is not in hospital already then what use was your punch.

Anyways , go to hospital and see a real doc. Google will just give half baked knowledge which is even more dangerous.
