HELP REGARDING PROCEDURE OF ARM LICENCE

I have downloaded the form from the link. (Link is Given by Mr Barrett)

Plz tell me, Only this filld form will be send to Ministry of Interior (MOI) or some other Application in which requesting for All Pakistan Arm Licence will be attach with it.

* Certificate of Profession/service = what type of Certificate is this .............?

* what is the address of the exact department in Ministry of Interior ISB where the form is to be send.

* Can I apply for 9mm (As 1 of my frnd said that 9mm = 38 bore is for armed forces and comes under Prohibited Bore (PB) and civilian can't get licence for 9mm).IF I can apply what is the procedure as it is PB.

*Plz also tell how I get more then 1 All Pakistan Arm Licence ( For Example 2 Different Bores)

Bro save yourself the hassle and visit the Lucky Star gun market and ask one of the dealers and he will get the entire proceadure completed for you. The following are some reliable dealers at the Lucky Star gun market:

1. Tayabally Abdoolally
2. Ali Muhammad Arms

They would charge you around 16k for provincial license. No 9mm is not PB, infact all callibres from .22 to .45 callibres fall within the NPB range and these days the government is issuing licenses without a single bore / callibre restriction.

But I want All Pakistan Licence not Provisional coz m not a permanent resident Of KHI (Sindh)

plz Tell the Procedure for All Pakistan Licence.

and 16k for provincial license is too much costly na .......?

You have 2 options :

1. Get a provincial liscense for Sindh for around the prize which I quoted earlier and spend another 6k to convert it into ALL PAKISTAN

2. Get a Ministry of Interior (MOI) license made which will be around 25k or so

No 16k for Sindh license is not much as this is the prevailing market rates and will save you the inconvenience of going to government offices which you can imagine would be so khwaari.

I think it is batter to made directly All Pakistan.

As I told m not the Permanent Resident OF Sindh and I mostly on travelling by Road frm Sindh to Punjab that is Y i need All Pakistan Licence

In that case go for a MOI license but I ain't sure wether they are making MOI's these days. If you are residing in Karachi these days visit the gun market at Lucky Star and find out.

Hi, kindly define what is mean by "16k" or "11k" is this the amount in code words? I don't understand.
