Even if those markets dropped 100% of their value in some alternative universe (forgetting that the entire world economy is crashing - the GCC being one of the best prepared economies for such a trash), the GCC would still have an economy 3 times larger than Turkey
Let me correct you for a moment, as numbers clearly confuse you.
In nominal terms, Turkey's economy is $750 billion while the GCC is $1.6 trillion. Hence, GCC is only 2.1 times larger.
In PPP terms, Turkey's economy is $2.4 trillion while the GCC is $3.7 trillion. Hence, GCC is only 1.5 times larger.
Now stop comparing a "region" to a single country. Also, if you subtract the oil wealth from your economy, the GDP of the GCC will be equal to the market price of the camels you have. Nothing more.
