If i'm not mistaken, one is not allowed even water during the fasting period, must be real tough time.

Advance of monsoon is a little slow this time around & going by predictions of IMD, it would cover the subcontinent by third week of July.

I am no knowledgeable but in this critical situation when people are dying, you can break roza. I think there must be some leniency in that until climate becomes suitable for observing fast. Where are those Fatwa baz mullay now?
