HDP members of parliament are being investigated for ties with the PKK and some like the MHP have even called for its closure.

Please give your opinion on what should be done with this party. Are they terrorists supporters or not? Provide evidence.

.
Why a poll for the obvious? They repeatedly called for unrest in SE, a party causing turmoil and risking the safety of citizens would have been banned long time ago in Europe.

Germans were discussing about banning NPD, the neo Nazi party, and believe me HDP did much worse than them.

I think only some HDP support PKK (the leader) but I voted Yes since none HDP's deputy has say PKK is a terrorist group.
But are we really need to prove it ?
-Demirtas, HDP leader, has an elder brother in PKK, he has never condamed PKK even after police killing, and in this early interview he admited while 19 years olds he nearly join PKK.
-HDP's deputay named Abdullah say "PKK can drown Turkey with his spit"
-the co leader of HDP (the woman who I forget her name) say they have PKK behim them....

Very, VERY dangerous business this. Sure, the HDP is sympathetic to Kurdish problems, and that WH_ORE number 2, calls Ocalan 'sayin', but forbidding the political party will make many Kurds support the PKK. Right now at least they have 'an alternative' to the PKK and to violence, meaning they can pin their hopes on a political solution. Take that away, and you'll increase the PKK's support, and the feeling of many Kurds that they will never get what they want. I don't know, but a level of autonomy would be fine with me. Nothing like in Iraq of Syria though! No frigging army etc. Just language, leadership positions (governors, mayors etc etc).

@IR-TR No Party blacklisting !

Like in Europe , punishing Terror supporters. Look my friend, in Germany a MP from Die Linke was punished with 2000 Euro fine, lost immunity and was shortly arrested by Police, cause she showed a PKK flag in German Parliament !

The bastard HDP MP who was smuggling weapons for the PKK in his official car(this is true) for the purpose of creating even more bloodshed should definitely be stripped of his immunity and put in jail(6 feet underground would also please me). These people have to decide if they will pursue civic rights through the democratic way or whether to continue masquerading as the political whores of Kandil. Right now they seem to insist on the latter. Kudurmus it surusu.

They can have those positions since turkey has been founded..

The language thing is being accomplished by Erdogan.. They have some official TV radyo too also a government TV like trt is made for them

Also there are many akp or CHP member wich are Kurdish

I know, and that's good. About the language, I think most Kurds want it as 'ana dili', so taught as a primary language. I'm quite torn on it too. If they're Turkish language skills suck, they'll have a hard time competing for jobs in Turkey. If you only teach it as a side course, they might feel discriminated. I don't know, perhaps both languages equally? And some English thrown in? Anyway, the demands have to be reasonable and not look like de facto independence.

.
They also want autonomy like Irak Kurdistan, and this for me is the first step for independence... without this condition I think the governement would have accepted the both languages policy, but while they desire autonomy, Turkey shoud not give them no more right.
If they renounce to autonomy OK, but otherwise nothing.

The Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) has filed a criminal complaint against President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu for using their influence over judicial acts against its party officials.

“Prosecutors have launched operations that resulted in the detention and arrest of party officials after President Erdoğan’s and Prime Minister Davutoğlu’s statements that they had given instructions. As a result of these operations and according to the data provided to the Peoples’ Democratic Party, 1,033 have been detained and 125 of them have been arrested without concrete evidence since July 24,” the petition issued by the HDP read.

Recalling consecutive statements by Erdoğan and Davutoğlu against HDP co-chairpersons Selahattin Demirtaş and Figen Yüksekdağ, the petition said these statements were directly influencing judicial independence and impartiality.

The petition said influencing the judiciary was a crime under article 277 of the Turkish Penal Code.
