Has Pakistan navy or Iraq navy ordered Iran to build them new submarines ?

either Pakistan or Iraq or Venezuela is negotiating with Iran to built them new submarines , i don't think its Iraq or any Arab state because they are not that independent to go against US sanctions but Pakistan and Venezuela have the money and the power to do so, so my question is what do you guys think is it Pakistan navy ?





General Rastegari said that Iran is capable of mass-producing and exporting Qadir submarines, adding, "Some of the friendly states are in negotiations with us to design submarines for them as well."

He said that a unique periscope has also been mounted on Qadir submarine, noting that a number of industrial countries have demanded to purchase this periscope and optical system from Iran.

if im not wrong Ghadir submarine is the only midget submarine in the world to launch torpedoes and cruise missiles.

Pakistan is getting 8subs from china, 4being built in pak. And we have good relations with GCC. Theres no way we will buy any equipment from iran let alone subs and risk millions of worker working in GCC and the support we get from them. Pakistan is out of the question.

Believe me this is not an option in a 100years. Nobody is buying anything from iran until we have good relations with saudi. And if there is a deal like this in pipeline than people negotiating this deal should be held accountable on taking such dumb actions.

the Midget subs?
what technology and specialized specification does Iran offer that the potential customers (regardless who they are) cant find from West, Russia or China?
so to answer my question. the manufacturer of these subs claims that

No the saudis that bailed you every single time, that paid for the soviet war and the nuclear project, that made many investments, gave oil on deferred payment and after kargil wrote off the payment of 3billion.
If we can meet the Iranian so thay can also meet with indians, theres no harm in that. This is a free world. And not to forget the recent development on kashmir in OIC and the next conference to be held in pak. Yes we have our differences currently but they are and will always be better supporters than the Iranian.

First of All Not only Pakistan is already on its way to replace its aging Submarine Fleet but Is planning to Expand it by Acquiring 8 SSKs From China. Secondly there is already a Program to Replace the Old Italian Midgets with Locally Built Midgets Design will most probably procured from Western Sources. Iran will not be looked at in this sphere.
As For the Local effort we have already seen an Unknown Midget Submarine From Pakistan.
