Has ISI losts its influence in afganistan?

.
No everything is pretty much going according to plan as for RAW they are only limited to some areas in Afghanistan and we are all over it and entire world
No wonder the Afghans and the world in general are pretty pissed off with your ISI! :p:

Seriously, with all the intrigues and the games the ISI has been playing in Afghanistan, you guys have shot yourselves in the foot. A paradigm shift in your foreign policy is the need of the hour. Or else you'll be heading deeper into the rabbit hole.

Don't you just love it when Indians buy into their own image perception? Isolating Pakistan and propping up India seems to be a US foreign policy objective these days (cue The New York Times for a propaganda piece) --- but you should have the maturity to see through selective truths.

Just because the US wants to prop you up as a regional counter-weight to China (good luck), you guys have actually started believing that it's just the ISI that uses proxies considered terrorists by other countries. What do you think RAW does? Or the NDS (caught escorting the TTP #2 --- forcibly taken by US specops and handed over to Pakistan)? Or even the CIA for that matter, with all the fancy US laws about equality and justice?

It's a dirty game. Stop pretending that it's just the ISI that is involved. Your hands are soaked in blood.

Indian-backed terror movements in Sri Lanka were defeated; the same is happening in Balochistan, with an unprecedented level of surrenders occurring and game-changing economic development around the corner.

But I see your point --- you don't agree with the ISI's alleged support / shelter of the Afghan Taliban. That is a matter of opinion; obviously there have been numerous strategic calculations within the Pakistani security establishment on this issue and the idea of an Indian-influenced, slave-to-the-US, TTP harboring Afghanistan, where thugs like Dostum can hold political office, does worry Pakistan. I'm not advocating any particular side --- just saying that each country's fears and strategic calculus has to be understood with the right regional context.

Agreed! But then your henchmen, the LeT, killing 164 innocent civilians including women and children in Mumbai (including 46 Muslims who you claim to be the protectors of, the world over) is carrying things a trifle too far.

.
Taliban have 75-80% control of Afghanistan still.ISI and their assets are sleeping they will wake up,When Uncle Sam will leave...What happened in Iraq..in the end Ultimately Afghanistan is going to under Talibans Government...you can change their name...but they will be in power

The loss of innocent life is never justifiable --- that was truly a terrible tragedy.

The direct connection of the attackers to serving ISI officers/top decision makers still seems dubious. Of course with such attacks, the truth is ever elusive. Even confessions don't carry much weight.

But I think we can both agree that such senseless loss of human life doesn't help anybody, wherever it may occur.
