. . .
This hotel is the poor man's idea of what a rich man would want, much like Trump's brand.
Have you seen the video?
Even toilets are gold plated.
That’s not for Vietnamese.
That’s for people that want to show off they are rich: Chinese, Arabs, Jews.

. . . . .
why is this hotel in Vietnam and not elsewhere?
I don’t know.
But I am pretty sure rich chinese love it.
Ha ha.

It's gold plated meaning it's not even real gold.

I swear the peasant mentality of the Vietnamese never ceases to amuse me.
You are funny.
If all in 24k gold, then even the entire world reserves are not enough to build the hotel.

Forget about those savages mentality, the world's top economies hoard up gold for savings. Here in the u.s, people buy gold en masses that there is a shortage of supply that jack up the premium. People in vietnam have been stacking up gold and we know every currency has failed the test of time except gold.

. . .
That's cheap, I can 't buy a piece of land in a decent residential area to build a home in that much

24k gold plated hotel costs $250 per night.

People can buy apartment starting $6,500 per square meter.

Garish and pretentious as hell.

I know that a lot of Cambodian homes in Sydney have a lot of faux gold plating and it's an eyesore. Some Chinese also have that peasant mentality.

Also reminds me of gold toilets and guns owned by Arab princes, shamelessly poor taste.
