HANGU: A case has been registered against unknown persons for perpetrating a drone attack in Hangu, which killed at least five people, Geo News reported.

According to Deputy Superintend of Police, the First Inspection Report (FIR) was registered in Tal police station on the complaint of provincial government and local police. The case was registered under Section 302, 427, 403 of Penal Code of Pakistan.

A US drone killed six people in Hangu's Tal area on Thursday, including a senior leader of the ruthless Haqqani network, officials said, in only the second such strike outside the country's lawless tribal districts.

The missile attack hit a religious seminary that militants and security officials said belonged to the terror outfit -- blamed for some of the deadliest attacks in neighbouring Afghanistan -- in the Hangu district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

Haqqani sources said that the network's spiritual leader, Maulana Ahmad Jan, was among those killed at the seminary, which they said was a rest base for militants fighting NATO forces in Afghanistan.

Earlier this month, the network's chief financier, Nasirudddin Haqqani, was gunned down in mysterious circumstances in a village on the edge of Islamabad.

Now CM Pervez Khatak has ordered to include all names of responsible and re register FIR​

Actually this FIR registered against 'namaloom afraad' ticked MQM the wrong way.

'Namaloom afraad' is an MQM trademark. Whenever there is some target killing in Karachi police registers FIR against 'namaloom afraad'. Even when their hired guns are apprehended, they still are 'namaloom afraad'.
