Hamid Mir reports on Indian use of airburst Artillery rounds on civilians at LoC

Hamid Mir reports from LoC during Foreign Diplomats' recent visit. He talked to the locals and also interviewed the victims of recent Indian aggression at LoC. Most Kashmiris are witnesses to Indian use of airburst artillery rounds on civilian population.

Also, the houses shown by India Today were covered by Capital Talk and among the civilians, there was another interesting casualty similar to the one in balakot.

Therein lies our dilemma, we cannot target the population on that side of the LoC because those are our people too. Whereas India indiscriminately uses weapons because they care not 1 bit about casualties, as is expected of a true tyrant and oppressor.

Sorry mate, war becomes war between people and , as we have seen countless times before, there is no differentiation between soldier and civilian in the heat of the war. Before the war starts they talk of rules, Geneva convention, Human rights etc but once war starts all rules, decency and humanity are thrown out into the trash can.
