Note : This is only focused on JSOC, because they were the first ones who got this stuff then the others

Early 00s saw an explosion in the Tactical Nylon development and innovation. Companies like Eagle, Paraclete and Crye led the way in production of cutting edge designs.

The mid 00's were the years of Paraclete. Prior to Crye, Paraclete produced everything from uniforms to gear and armor. Unit members continued to modify kit to their own specifications.

It is interesting to compare vests like the Paraclete RAV to similar models by LBT and Eagle.

The last few years of the 00's into the 10's saw an absolute transformation in weapon accessories and equipment. Crye Precision seems to have stepped out of the shadows and began collaborating with JSOC to produce new designs.

One cannot argue that the Crye Combat uniform became the trademark of special operations at this time.

Plate carrier designs such as the CPC and JPC became the standard of the unit.

The Airframe helmet with its innovative design did not perform as well as the Opscore competition and eventually was replaced.

Comparing pouches from the SOCOM issue SFLCS kit with the Crye equivalent it is noted the weight difference. Crye is significantly lighter which is greatly appreciated by the end user.

Which gun is this??
AR platform all look the same, but judging from the feature, I would guess it's a HK417

And I think these people are Brits, not American, they wear MTP and I am pretty sure that's a union jack on the front guy sleeves. 40 Commando uses 417 for Designated Marksman or Assistant Sniper role.

I am not saying all those people in your post are British.

Notice he is wearing MTP not OCP, MTP is lighter in color and uses white stripe in the pattern, OCP is darker and don't have white in the color palette, OCP Multicam uses Tan, Green and Brown.

MTP

And I am pretty sure the right sleeve of the front guy has a Union Jack on the sleeve or gloves (Highlighted in the Red Circle)

I mean, I can be wrong tho, my eyes is not as sharp as it was used to be (I am in my 40s now) and that dude could have been Delta and dressing up with MTP, I don't know.

I get where you coming from, but that's confirmed picture of delta operators in Afghanistan. Original poster is former Delta guy himself he posted it on his Instagram a while ago. I can't find it right now.

On the camo part SF guys do wear mixed up stuff to blend in. There's a picture of SBS guy I think wearing a Canadian patch.

Delta also wears Navy AOR-2 camo.

We need to keep updating SSG. Lot of good equipment being seen now but older vests and headsets seem to still be in the mix

As I said, I don't know. I am just commenting on the fact that he is wearing MTP and with most likely an union jack on it. It could be anyone.

As for whether or not they are delta? Who knows, they do crazy shit, I worked in a TOC in Afghanistan and I know quite a few SF guys, they all do crazy thing, and one of them even gone on an ops with only his underwear.
