Guwahati blast kills one, injures 10

NEW DELHI: One person was killed and more than 10 injured, when a blast rocked city’s busiest area here on Tuesday.

An Indian news channel quoted SP City as saying the police were trying to determine nature of the blast. The channel reported that Indian External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee was scheduled to address a public rally in the area.

Note that India has not blamed ISI, Pakistan or anyone for the blasts yet. Thought I'd like to point it out since there are some posters who think that everything in India gets automatically blamed on Pakistan. They are in this case at least not blaming anyone until evidence is collected.

The impression that India blames Pakistan is ,in my opinion, because only those blasts get reported in Pakistan (or it was the case in the past).
