What's new

Gun battles on the LOC continuing thread.

This is soo untrue man.. in mahmud ghaznis own lifetime.. ghazni was invaded twice by Jaipal.. by a fluke of. luck jaipala's elephant went berserk in one of the battles recorded even by muslim chroniclers..
anyways..

one thing is very very certain.. you certainly have all the glories in your heart for these marauders.. sufi saints have written damming poems on abdali..

also don't think it was easy for the so called ghazis..

sabuktagin tried his whole life trying toneven subjugate the fringes of hindushahi kingdom of jaipala..
time and again strong resistance has been given..
Dude for us they are heroes, but u guys dont like it, and its debate able topic, actually its an endless debate so better stick to the thread topic..
and who says it was easy, it was a war man, nothing is easy in war, but those guys were winners most of the time..

Mark my words. After being shell shocked you're guys will be asking the UN for intervention within a few days.

You chicken shits are overestimating your selves. A few well placed Bakhtar shikans and empty daal plates later your forces will come back down to reality. If we really wanted to be really cruel we could radio the Chinese to start poking your other end, but there is no need to spread the pleasure.

what a shame the much celebrated and over glorified tribe of India lost to a petty decoit
:rofl: i guess fighting wars is not your cup of tea you guys carry on with your singing dancing
LOL a MASSIVE Maratha force was completely and utterly routed by much, much smaller force led by Abdali, do not try to alter history young fellow, know your place!!!!
Marathas lost Panipat cause they were too arrogant and ignoared to make allies with hindu Jat, Rajput kings and the sikhs in north india , and even dominated them to extent of antagonism . Also made silly mistakes like carrying women folks with to do pilgrimage in north india while fighting a battle on the side .

But they remained the largest empire of the time even after the loss at Panipat 1974 .

When Tipu Sultan messed with Marathas , he got punched and got weakened to be taken over by British in few years of time .

It is clear that it is the Indians that are the trouble makers in the region and will have to be severely punished for their transgressions against innocent civilian populations.

A Border Security Force jawan was among three Indians killed on Friday and nearly 25 people were injured when Pakistani troops targeted Indian villages with artillery and mortar in the latest flare-up along the International Border in Jammu and Kashmir, officials said. India and Pakistan frequently accuse each other of violating a 2003 truce along the highly militarised border between the two neighbours. (Photo by Nitin Kanotra/Hindustan Times via Getty Images)
