Who is PTI's Mansha Bomb ?
Notorious land grabber of Johar Town and Faisal Town in Lahore, Malik Mansha Khokar aka Mansha Bomb calls himself 'Messiah' of the local population as he claims to be fighting for their rights against the police. However, he is known for his various illegal activities including extortion and land grabbing.
Decasdes ago, his gang started land grabbing in Lahore, 'Shauki Changar' being his partner-in-crime. After the death of 'Shauki Changar' in 2013, Mansha Bomb started working solo. Resident of Township, 'Shauki Changar' grabbed land in Wapda Town of a retired Colonel. Despite Colonel's efforts, nothing could be done aginst Shauki Changar. Furthermore, he was wanted in more than 40 cases. The cases included murder by slitting throats of two females at a beauty salon in broad daylight. He was last spotted in Dubai enjoying party at a cruise
Both Shauki Changar and Mansha Bomb became linked with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in 2012 after a famous politician who is currently serving as minister joined PTI. Previously, Shauki Changar had connections with a differnt political party. A son of Mansha Bomb contested elections in Local Bodies Polls in Punjab from Green Town.
Mansha Bomb came to limelight after suo moto notice by the apex court against his release after political pressure on Punjab police by PTI's MNA Malik Karamat Ali Khokhar and MPA Nadeem Abbass. Some took it to Twitter hailing Chief Justice of Pakistan, while also mentioning that they were victims of Mansha Bomb's activities

According to latest reports, CJP has ordered to place Mansha Bomb's name on ECL along with his son and also ordered his immediate arrest. Both PTI leaders have tendered unconditional apology to the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
LAHORE: The Lahore police were unable to arrest land grabber Mansha Bomb and his sons' as per the Supreme Court's directives, it emerged on Thursday.
According to SSP Saddar Muaaz Zafar, Mansha's son Faisal was stopped at a checkpoint in Raiwind. However, the man deserted the car and fled from the site before the police could arrest him.
The car was later taken in custody by the police, SSP Zafar told Geo News.
SC orders placing alleged land grabber Mansha Bomb, sons on ECL
Mansha and his sons are accused of illegally grabbing land in Lahore's Johar Town vicinity.
During the hearing of a petition filed by a citizen against the land grabbing group, a police officer had informed the Supreme Court that 70 cases have been registered against Mansha. The court had taken strict notice of political intervention to prevent the alleged land grabber's arrest.
Earlier this week, the Supreme Court had directed the Ministry of Interior to place Mansha and his sons on the Exit Control List. On the same day, Punjab Chief Minister announced an anti-encroachment drive in Lahore.
A furniture market, reportedly owned by Mansha, was demolished during the anti-encroachment operation conducted by the district administration and Lahore Development Authority (LDA).
