not that easy, but just for a reminder Thailand will never likely allow chinese stationing of chinese missile in the Andaman, Thai's have no interest in making enemies with India just to appease Beijing. not to mention the uproar from fellow ASEAN members like Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.
