This is a historic monument where Pakistan Resolution was announced and now covered in Trash.

Where is Lahore's administration?

It's the job of the city administration to cleanup after such gatherings.

In UK, the council that gives permit for concert etc is responsible for the cleanup and then charges the organisers accordingly.

Lahore administration should cleanup and send the bill to PTI.

This guy is happy with a government that can't provide clean drinking water but has a problem with litter at a public rally, pure chamcha.

This is the same for every single public event anywhere in the world. Have you people ever sat around in a cinema 20 minutes after the film has ended? They send in a clean up crew to tidy up before the next showing. Look around, there are still people sat in some of those seats, in fact there are seats all over the place. These pictures were taken before anyone has even had a chance to tidy up.

1. Whoever they rented the seats from will be coming to collect them.
2. Either the political party will organise a clean up, or they will have paid a fee to cover the cost of clean-up by local government after the event.

This happens every weekend, in every city in the UK. when the party goers leave at 4-5am, the clean up crews move in. If any UK based workers have ever left for work in the early hours, they will have seen clean up crews out tidying up the streets. This was not a picnic, there were 2-300,000 people there, mess was inevitable.

PTI still need to pay for the damage done on mall road, while they were demanding the resignation of Pervez Musharraf.
In any case it reflect, what PTI is made up of... PTI has no right to block streets and occupy public parks, by force and Imran Khan has no right to collect money from expat Pakistanis and spend it on jalsa jaloos.

The rally was 4-5 hours long, people were there for ages, obviously food and drink was going to be sold and consumed. This guy is posting pictures making it seem like a big deal - but anyone who's ever seen a wedding hall after a Pakistani wedding will know this is par for the course. It happens all over world at large gatherings.

There are some societies where i bet it doesn't happen as much, I expect places like Sweden or Japan have a much more respectable culture, but in our society it is to be expected. Personally I would hope that people would have at least put their rubbish in a bag and piled the bags up somewhere, but that's our people - always taking liberties.

Imran Khan doesn't collect tax from abroad, he gets donations which people give willingly. The reason we give him money is because we expect him to deliver a government, much better than the current filth we have.

If people were as concerned about the open sewers, inner city rubbish dumps and the industrial waste being disposed of in our rivers; as they are about the level of litter in a park, moments after a rally - then we might not have the kind of culture and society where this kind of mess is acceptable.
