Govt silently increases petrol, diesel prices

the prices I gave were in USD, has nothing to do with conversion rates.

You are just trying to confuse the issue.

what Mongoloid economics have you mastered now?

for petes sake you live in Canada.

Why are stunted growth people comparing oil prices in Europe to Pakistan?

What kind of illogical defense of GoP is this?

I was about to say the same... besides, why should public buy state oil when Iranian oil is available in market for 3/4 the state price?

There is no smuggling of oil from Iran.

I only trust very few on this forum and you are one of them.
BTW.. after lots of thinking and observation, i have come to the conclusion, corruption has become necessity in Pakistan.

1. stop being racist.
2. you live in Germany
3. your argument makes absolutely no sense

You are comparing buying power of USD versus PKR.

To top it of you are somehow using india to aid your defense.

Dont you have some religious threads to go preach secularism?

I only trust very few on this forum and you are one of them.

that border is being watched. no smuggling has been reported for a while now.

..... what?
really?

did you not understand what I did?
Troll Sahib I'm disappointing at your lack of education.

I gave prices of gas, in Liters, CONVERTED TO USD so that we can compare the prices.
The prices are true prices in those countries, just in USD.

you can't compare the prices of gas in PKR, INR, RMB, etc.

This is education 101, you can only compare apples to apples.

And the internet was created by a secular nation, with secular values, for secular reasons.
You better leave and never come back :)

RIP logic.

Why dont you move to Pakistan and buy at this rate in Pakistan?

go help Khan. he needs your intellect

. . .
why cant you move to Pakistan?

sure i got it. Gas is luxury item.
Stop prying into my personal life.
(Also, I actually can move to Pakistan, how about you?)

global average is about $1 USD for a liter, Pakistan paying 0.77 a liter... yep... luxury.

Don't take this the wrong way but were you one of those uneducated Pakistanis who managed to leave Pakistan and now are working in one of those German factories? I've actually met a few people like you.

If you were able to read you would have read the part about tax reform.

There is no problem with aligning feul prices with the market as long as you are doing it as part of a greater reform. Such as going after taxes and decreasing corruption.

The real contradiction are these:
Got any answer to this? :azn:

We import oil and it has direct link with devaluation. When the cost is passed on to consumer the price increases.

All imports become expensive when you devalue you currency.

No one is saying that is does not.
But even AFTER the devaluation, the price of gas is some of the lowest in the world.

you can argue devaluation all day and night, but that is not the point here.
