Well this is good Cover the China city by building a wall around it... For the Security of Chinese Investors

China town concept is wrong... an undeclared colony or no-go-zone.

in a country where restaurant didn't allow pakistanis come in it.... dont be surprised if it happens in a china city.....
they will be running it clearly..... im sure they wil put restrictions on the locals otherwise there will be no need for a china city.... **** any pakistani motherfucker that would support such a city.

That's new age colonization technique of modern times, known as 'economic colonization'. This happens when you allow disproportionately skewed huge investment from just one country or one group to an extent where you become significantly dependent on it.

Pakistani jahil politicians should give up this habit of kneeling in front of anyone with money. kabhi koi ghusa bhi de ga in chution ko

Good idea, as long as they stay under rule of law of Pakistan and don't use it as their own territory inside Pakistan.

Building a city and a industrial base around the Gwadar sea port is a good idea, but building a "Chinese only city" is not. It should be open to everyone.

Can't Pakistanis set up anything of their own. Why do they need foreign money for everything.
It requires money and technology that Pakistan at the moment don't have. But once the Pakistani economy starts growing again then there will be more international interest for Pakistan and Pakistan don't have to be so dependent on China anymore. But at the moment China is one of the few countries that is willing to undertake major investment projects in Pakistan.

Wow! China seems to be taking over Pakistan, and how! From infrastructure in Pak Occupied Kashmir to Balochistan to the Kashgar - Gwadar highway/Silkroute and now building a city for the Chinese (Which the Chinese themselves would build at Pakistan's cost!) at Gwadar, it's China, China, China all the way! It looks as though Pakistan would soon become another autonomous region of China like TAR.

Are there any projects in Pakistan built by Pakistanis themselves? Or has Pakistan outsourced everything to China?

This is a good idea for time being. Enemies of Pakistan will target Chinese citizen working in Pakistan to destabilize and slow down the investment being made by China. When law and order situation improves in Pakistan and they feel secure enough to travel freely these secure compounds won't be necessary. Small price to pay for the betterment of the country.

Because they have no money? That's why they borrow money from IMF, foreign nations. Right now, Pakistan is in debt, hence a gesture for Chinese investors. Let the situation stabilizes in Pakistan, then we will talk about being independent.
