What's new

Government and TLP reach agreement to end countrywide protests

First the PTM and now this. The Pakistani deep state is not only asleep but has gone on a vacation.

None of these mullahs said anything when the PMLN govt tried to change the most sacred law in Pakistan.

These guys are being run and manipulated by the PMLN.

Anyone who uttered any threats against the state needs to be neutered or neutralised.

Next time you will see these guys running around shooting at state institutions.

I get a feeling there are external elements drooling at a chance to arm these guys.

I'm tellin' y' all right now what will happen step by step.
1. SC would block asia's name from going on the ECL on account of being a free citizen with no pending cases against her. The SC MAY even issue orders to stop referring to asia as a "maloona" or any other derogatory name on account of having being found innocent.
2.There is gonna be an open review petition where the judgement would be explained and the holes and contradictions in the so called "evidence" would be brought out in the open.
3. the mullahs calling for asia's neck would be openly challenged to disprove the holes in the evidence which they won't be able to on account of having the IQ of a retarded hamster.
4. while 1, 2 and 3 are happening, the police backed by rangers and other LEAs backed by the Army would consolidate choke points across the country while the intel agencies would start monitoring all the trouble-making mullahs like hawks.
5. upon failure of the mullahs to disprove the holes in the evidences, the review petition would be rejected and the judgement shall be maintained.
6. the tlp monkeys will try to jump on the streets again only THIS time, to be welcomed by tear gas and rubber bullets from LEAs followed by mass arrests of the tlp mullah leaders and demonstrators.

this isn't over so brace yourselves for more turmoil to come in the following days.

Very good agreement. Hopefully sanity prevails.

Also, inna lila hi wa inna Alieh-e-rajioon for Maulana Sami ul Haq!!

Enemies of Pakistan stabbing us in the heart and trying to throw us in a civil war, while our secular-liberals cheering it and dancing on the death of Sami ul Haq.

Never forget Pakistanis. Never forget the cruelty of these extremists whether TLP or liberal-seculars. They both are the oxygen for each other

The liberals can celebrate as much as they like. We know they have very limited scope in Pakistan despite hefty support from their Western counterparts.

Having said that, extremism from Mullahism and liberalism in Pakistan are a big NO. Our identity lies in moderation and Pakistani culture.

What had to happen has happened. Review the blasphemy law and introduce the necessary changes to avoid a repeat of such an incredible mess. Do it subtly and fairly. Take all sides into consideration.

The Western nations are lining up to receive Asia. We must make every effort to keep her in Pakistan. The West is going to use her as a propaganda tool as they used Malala. Provide security until things cool down. Don't let her leave to any Western country. There will be a lot of pressure and noise, but simply ignore it. Her family will be demanding her release, but don't cave in. This is obviously a ticket to "paradise".

Pakistan needs to stand up for all its citizens. Pakistan is for all Pakistanis. We cannot cave into pressure from any side. If we let her go we will be doing Pakistan a disservice. We need to protect our minorities and make them feel at home. Any miscreant trying to sow hate or disunity must be dealt with an iron fist.

She will also be looking to get out and get on book tours, talk shoes

Money time

frankly, that is all the more reason to NOT let her go. Put her under protective custody if we have to but have her stay IN Pakistan.

It could potentially set a very bad precedent. The long term effects are bad. Pakistan cannot let her leave. We have to defeat these hateful mongrols. Change the blasphemy law or it will keep rearing its ugly head. Remember that we are not only fighting extremism at home. We are also involved in a battle against external forces that seek to do harm to our state. We have been waging this war for the past 17 years and we have made a lot of sacrifices in this endeavour. We cannot let this go to waste.

Keep a cool head and do the necessary.

one more takreer from IK is due, he loves to qoum se khatab.
Lambi lambi choro aur phir ja kay pair pakar lo, same reason may be, He as PM and Interior Minister can not even appoint IG.

Buhut afsoos hua, PTI needs to grow up and stop playing guddi gudday ka khail.

I'm extremely disappointed in Imran Khan. Khadim Rizvi and his party should be in prison for inciting violence and terrorism, not being given a red carpet.

I honestly can't believe I'm saying this, but the army chief needs to get involved, and put his foot down. TLP members need to be rounded up, and put in prison.

There is no national will to do it. 90% of Pakistanis think the beard is their majazi khuda and anything they say is the word of god.. and I am not exaggerating my opinion.
Sir you are wrong, I am aam bandaa but not follow Mullah at all but for what he is fighting is not wrong I am with him but not the tareeqa….means way....Khatam e nubuwat / blaspheme pe koi samjoota nahien....
I am a sinful person but when matters comes to my deen I am same as radical mullah and I believe 99% of us like me.

Bro I am in khaki but army can't control 80% of population even I am agree with Rizvi on matter of blaspheme. What you want army involve and start civil war?

I'm not nearly as optimistic as you are. I believe the army will not get involved, as they've already said they'll remain neutral. They MAY perhaps pressure TLP to soften its tone against the army, and arrest members that called for soldiers to rebel, but other than that, I don't think the army will involve itself in this political storm.

IK had a chance to nib this in the bud, he didn't, and now Pakistan is paying the price.

80% of the population? What are you on about? It was only a few thousand that caused all this, a significantly smaller number than the Dharna's led by both Imran Khan and Tahir ul Qadri.

The army does have the means to control these rioters, it just doesn't want to overty get involved in politics.

Bro those who are protesting are very small in number and God forbade if operation launch against them triggered all those sitting at homes and we can't control all of them without the use of fire power and after that it triggered even more....army don't want to start civil war simple is that....Sunnis are more than 80% of population.

That doesn't mean 80% of the population supports Rizvi, in fact I'd wager that not even 5% support him.

You don't need to launch a grand operation to control these rioters, you just need to take proper control of the roads that are being used. If the army was involved, there is NO chance that the rioters would have gotten as big as they did, because the army would have severely restricted their movements. Between the army and that dog rizvi, the army is FAR more popular.

No one support pan di sirri but the cause even metooo...period...

Ghazi Mumtaz Qadri Shaheed got punishment for what he did, Salman Taseer got what he deserved and why third proven accused Asia malouna set free?

Simply army don't want civil war...period....

@That Guy
P.M me if you want more details, why army hesitant to launch operation against pan di sirri.
