Before Arab spring happen, Indonesia President, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, actively try to promote democracy into Arab world. And there is Obama administration as well who put Indonesia highly during his administration since 2008. It is Indonesia who is visited the first time by Obama administration together with Japan.
