I am talking about realities and not each other delusions. Take up such matters with someone else. I am not interested.

GB & Pak kashmir and aksai chin is part of J & K as per the UN resolution.

If Pakistan also make the changes than completely forget about UN resolution on Jammu and Kashmir.

If Pakistan annexes Gilgit-Baltistan, then that justifies India's annexation of Indian Occupied Kashmir.
IMHO no one cares what Pakistan and India do with Kashmir. Kashmir is below garbage collection in the list of worries for international community.
Only way out of this mess is an internal uprising of Kashmiris making it impossible for India to sustain their occupation. Anything less is just pipe dream.

Imran should announce referendum will be held in his speech and invite observers to see the results so our stance on Kashmir is taken more seriously.

I.K already given up about IOK so he decided to include these areas into Pakistan's main land.

One sided referendum is invalid as people do not exercise option involving other party to dispute. It'll not convince anyone.

ISLAMABAD:
The government has decided to elevate Gilgit-Baltistan (G-B) to the status of a full-fledged province with all constitutional rights, including its representation in the Senate and the National Assembly, Minister Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan Affairs Ali Amin Gandapur said on Wednesday.

Gandapur said that Prime Minister Imran Khan would soon visit the region and make the formal announcement in this regard. He added that Gilgit-Baltistan would be given adequate representation on all constitutional bodies, including the National Assembly and the Senate.

“After consultation with all stakeholders, the federal government has decided in principle to give constitutional rights to Gilgit-Baltistan,” the minister told a delegation of journalists from G-B. “Our government has decided to deliver on the promise it made to the people there.”

However, Gandapur emphasised that after the grant of constitutional rights, the subsidy and tax exemption on wheat given to the region would not be withdrawn. “Until the people there stand on their feet, they will continue to enjoy this facility,” he added.

The minister said that deprivation of the people of Gilgit-Baltistan of 73 years would come to an end. Besides the constitutional rights and the provincial setup, the minister added, important steps were also being taken for the development of the region.

According to the minister, work on the Moqpondass Special Economic Zone would begin under the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), while the government takes steps to improve health, tourism, transport and education facilities.

“To provide better healthcare facilities to the people of Gilgit-Baltistan, the government will provide MRI and CT scan machines to all District Headquarters Hospitals, while the basic health units (BHUs) to be provided ultrasound machines,” he said.

“Furniture will be provided to all schools. Rest houses will be set up at about 70 places to promote tourism. Loans will be provided to the locals to build huts and guesthouses at tourist destinations,” he said, adding that an agreement had been reached with the National Bank of Pakistan in this regard.

To improve the transport facilities, the minister continued, the government had decided to build a tunnel at the Babusar Top. “This will make the travel to Gilgit-Baltistan via Babusar Top possible throughout the year.”

He said that medical and engineering colleges would be set up in Gilgit-Baltistan, while a minerals policy would be formulated soon. In order to save forests and wildlife, entire Gilgit-Baltistan would be declared as protected area.

Speaking about the upcoming elections in the region, Gandapur said that voting would be held in mid-November. “Elections will be held on time and our preparations are complete,” he said, adding that the distribution of party tickets to the candidates would begin soon.
Responding to a question, Gandapur said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) can enter into an electoral alliance with any local party but not with the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP). “There is no question of alliance with these two parties,” he added.
Excellent move..
You have to listen to the people ..the people were aggressively demanding this

I.K already given up about IOK so he decided to include these areas into Pakistan's main land.
So ? Should we hurt our support in GB by not listening to the people ??
Not giving them provincial status was hurting pakistan support
Just read the news of the last 3 yeas
GB people want a SAY IN PM SELECTION, and LEGISLATION

.
And if we do it, people of GB would rejoice, there'd be no need to enforce curfews as they have done in IOK. That's the difference between our side and theirs.
Infact we did everything with las legislation yet GB people in general arr upset about having no say in federation
This was long due..even if it hurts our international stance(which it wont) , we were losi ground support by not doing so

Yes, nothing will be resolved without a direct war between Pakistan and India.

Since 5 August 2019, Pakistan should've invaded Indian Occupied Kashmir but it hasn't. Each day Pakistan does nothing, the Kashmiris will be slaughtered one by one to reduce their population or they will be outnumbered in Indian Occupied Kashmir by the forceful arrival of non-Muslim Kashmiris to the region.

The onus is on the current Pakistani Prime Minister and the current Pakistani Army Chief. They need to act instead of scream wherever they go as you say "nobody cares what Pakistan and India do."
