There's a technical definition of murtad. It doesn't making any sense to you doesn't make you one. I understand if you don't want to give a yes or no answer. Until then I'll consider you a Muslim, but only if your father is a Muslim as well.

I wouldn’t defend India. Let’s say that India is bad. Look at few other countries in the list.

If this was really true then Muslims across the world wouldn’t be making a beeline to find a way to move to these anti-Muslim countries. Have you seen number of boatloads of refugees trying find a way to European Anti-Muslim lands but loose life in the process? They are ready to take the risk loosing life to an anti-Muslim land but not move to a pro-Muslim land right next door. That says something.
It appears that some of these anti-Muslim badlands give them a better life then so called Muslim Heavens they are trying to leave behind.
