Pakistani Direct Military action against Israel is rhetorical. Beacuse

Pakistan is economically a Fragile state, they don't have even control over their own territories as those areas are being Ruled by Taliban Leadership.
Pakistan is already debt-trapped, they aren't able to pay the loans that they have bought from China. So they need $Billion feed their country.
Israel is located at a distance of 3283km from Pakistan. Only Ballistic Missile can play the active role in the war against the Jewish State. Pakistanis don't have money to buy oil & Fuel their Aircraft to take a long Journey to Israel. Without Arab support this is impossible.
On the other side, it’s India with which Pakistan has more Scared Moments during Conflicts & War. So Pakistani Military Movement from their soil towards Israel will be disastrous for them.

Pakistani Nuclear programme was funded by Saudi Arab,supported by USA & China to Counter Russia’s ally India in South Asia. They have built several missiles with different ranges while most of their Spares are supplied from China.
As Saudi Arab funds the Pakistani Nuclear Programme, they have supplied good numbers of Shaheen(750–1800 km) & Ghauri Missiles (1000–2000km) to Saudis for the sake of Islamic Brotherhood so that Saudi can kill two birds with single Stone. You better know who are those two birds.
