Gaza-Israel Conflict | October 2023

The statute of limitations is when Al-Quds is freed because it’s not over till it’s over :)

Very good analysis, and comes back to my original point that they (these hosts specifically but the west in general) don’t respect the autonomy/agency/interests of the Arab nations or their leaders. The lady is more respectful and seem to genuinely care for the regular people, but the guy seems to be a policy wonk not unlike Hillary Clinton, whom I’ve met and could see parallel with this guy; having no problem telling the masses what to do.

They see all these nations as “pliant regimes” that should operate within the boundaries expected of them by the U.S.

The guy actually lived for some time in a gulf Arab country and basically considers the GCC to be severely backwards (I don’t recall what exact wording he used, it was in a segment discussing the Biden-MBS relationship).

The surprise with this plan is not its sheer arrogance, which is par for the course coming from Israel, but the audacity that with the Carte Blanche being given by the west, how far it is expected to be taken seriously. 50 years ago, Kissinger came as a Secretary of State and didn’t mention his ethnic background, but Blinken starts with that. Basically the west sees the Arabs as two groups, the rich GCC willing to spend to no end in exchange for keeping all threats to their rule at bay, and the rest which are to muddle along (not unlike Pakistan) and ek out whatever living they can manage. Neither are to question that status quo and be ready to accommodate “because we give you aid”.

If there was ever a time for the Arabs to have common cause and stand up for their dignity, now would be it.
That would require the collective arab street to finally be willing to get up off its lazy arse and do the sort of thing that you saw the people in the eastern block do 34-odd years ago,and it would require not just removing the current leadership of these nations like the egyptians did with mubarak during the so called "arab spring",tho stupidly they left the military run deep state intact all ready to reassert itself a few years later. It would require ripping out the entire deep state that exists in these nations right down to its very roots.
Now maybe you might get lucky like in the eastern block, where the soviets didnt intervene to protect their vassals and as a result the vassals could see that the jig was up and effectively either resigned on mass or joined the revolution.
Then again you may well have to kill a lot of people to in order to regain your sovereignty and independence, but like the old cliche goes "freedom aint free".there should probably be a second part to that something like "but neither is vassalage",so take your pick folks.......

The Abraham Accords are not at risk amid the war between Israel and Hamas, said Dr. Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi, chairman of the Defense, Interior, and Foreign Affairs Committee of the United Arab Emirates Federal National Council on Tuesday, according to the European Jewish Press.

“This the third war in Gaza. Whenever there is something happening in Gaza, people come to us and ask: ‘What do you think of the Abraham Accords. Are you going to change?’” said Nuaimi in comments to a special online briefing organized by the European Jewish Association (EJA) and the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).

“The Accords are our future. It is not an agreement between two governments, but a platform that we believe should transform the region where everyone will enjoy security, stability and prosperity.”

“This is a people to people engagement. This is what we need. We want everyone to acknowledge and accept that Israel is there to exist and that the roots of Jews, Christian are not in New York or Paris but here in our region. They are part of our history and they should be part of our future,” added Nuaimi.

The Emirati official explained that the UAE wants to change the educational system and religious narrative.

Emirati officials warns of 'enemies' opposed to Abraham Accords

“It is very important to understand that there are enemies for what we are doing. Those terrorist organizations don’t respect human life. Don’t let them achieve their goals. No person with a human feeling and common sense will agree with the barbarian terrorist attack that Hamas committed on October 7. No one.”

Nuaimi stressed that “enemies” took advantage of the war and that there is a difference between Hamas and the Palestinian people.

“We need those who believe in peace in Europe, the US and everywhere to counter the hate narrative that we see in demonstrations in Paris and London.”

Amid the war between Israel and Hamas, the UAE has issued statements condemning both Hamas’s assault on Israel and Israel’s ground operation in the Gaza Strip.

How sick can these Egyptians get?

Hamas hostage videos are cruel, manipulative, revealing. Experts expect more.

The latest hostage video released by Hamas is disturbing, manipulative and revealing. Three women sit on cheap plastic chairs pushed against a tiled wall, somewhere in Gaza. It looks like a waiting room for some fearful appointment.

Are they underground, in the militants’ vast tunnel network? Unclear. There’s an electrical outlet. The lighting is bright. The captives are dressed in clean clothes. They appear uninjured, physically at least.

The woman in the center, Danielle Aloni, 44, speaks directly to the camera. She begins, “Hello, Bibi Netanyahu, we are in captivity, in Hamas captivity, 23 — how many days? — 23 days … ”
This helps establish when the video was made — or when their captors planned to release it, on Monday. In the short clip, Aloni delivers a harsh message to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, describing his “failures.” By the end of the video, Aloni is shouting, her voice rough: “Free, free us now! Free their civilians, free their prisoners, free us, free us all, let us return to our families now. Now! Now! Now!”

Aloni was captured along with five other family members, including 3-year-old twins, from the Nir Oz kibbutz during Hamas’s attack on southern Israel on Oct. 7 — the deadliest day in the country’s history.
The release of the 75-second video Monday created a rush of emotions in Israel. It was a gut punch. The Prime Minister’s Office called the video “cruel psychological propaganda” and again compared Hamas to ISIS.
Still, one father was ecstatic to see his daughter alive.

You are being ridiculous now ,

You can't quate one line of out of context and ignor the rest. Again your own source.

Off course they are willing to declare a palestinian state on 1967 for now , and than continue their ambition to destroy us . NOWHEREE ARE THEY SAYING THAT THEY ARE WILLING TO END THIS CONFLICT. NOWHERE.

I DARE YOU TO BRING US ONE PLACE WHERE THEY SAY THEY ARE WILLING TO END THE CONFLICT NO MATTER WHAT WE AGREE TO.

~

Again that is from your own source , which i will now have to post here fully , since You are trying to decieve people here , by bringing us , just one line of your choosing to distort the truth.

You sould be ashamed of yourself.

Hamas accepts Palestinian state with 1967 borders

Khaled Meshaal presents a new document in which Hamas accepts 1967 borders without recognising state of Israel.
Hamas has presented a new political document that accepts the formation of a Palestinian state along the 1967 borders, without recognising the statehood of Israel, and says that the conflict in Palestine is not a religious one.

The positions were made official on Monday in Qatar’s capital, Doha, by Khaled Meshaal, the leader-in-exile of the Palestinian group that runs the besieged Gaza Strip.

“We shall not waive an inch of the Palestinian home soil, no matter what the recent pressures are and no matter how long the occupation,” Meshaal said as he revealed the document to the public after two years of work.

Your source :

In other words Hamas wants us to recognise a Pslestinian state , but refuses to recognise us or to end the conflict . even if we do that ,

You want us to recognise your right to exsit , but refuse to recognise ours.

Does that sounds reasonable to you ?

And when pray tell has israel EVER offered to recognise a palestinian state?
Why is it always the palestinians who must recognise israel?

Israel has agreed to the two state peace solution long ago. Can you show us one place where Hamas agree to that ?

Israel and Palestine as two independent states, coexisting side by side − this was the principle of the Oslo Accords, signed in 1993 by then-Israeli PM Yitzhak Rabin and Yasser Arafat, former chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organization.

How sick can these Egyptians get?

UAE is a disgusting country and whatever this Satan Accords thing needs to be burned to the ground.

What Egypt is doing is good. But it should allow fuel into Gaza without consulting with Israel or the US. Israel can go to hell.
