So, in a nutshell, he is talking about how FBR is trying to bring "track and trace system" to automate the process so that they can curb illegal evasion of taxes by individuals, corporations, and trusts. Which is norm among many industries in Pakistan. FBR has been trying to automate the process since past 15 year but its keep getting sabotage over and over again. They are very close to get it implemented from 1st June 2021, however, now out of nowhere SHC has given stay order - which is beyond ludicrous.
More to the point, because of this tax evasion, Govt gets forced to impose new indirect taxes, which makes everything expensive and civilians get impacted, therefore its imperative for FBR to get "track and trace system" implemented ASAP.
That said, not sure what is "comedy" within all this? And also, when you didnt bother to listen then how and why would you tag it "comedy"?
