The government of Zardari proceeded in a blatant manner to misuse the state apparatus for saving his ill-gotten millions in foreign banks which were being probed by foreign governments. This is clear case of fraud and misrepresentation. The government of Nawaz Sharif had no other option to appeal the decision which has drawn the ire of PPP, the second largest party in the Parliament and the ruling party in Sindh.
Nawaz Sharif now faces three potential threats:
a) The people whose life has been made miserable through taxing the poor and saving the rich;
b) Army whose former chief is being dragged into cases one of which may end up in capital punishment;
c) PPP who thinks Nawaz should not have pursued cases against Zardari because they did not pursue cases against him during their tenure.
Pakistan is a country which has the culture of patronage whenever there is a political government. It is give-and-take situation where principles never count. If the government goes ahead with the three issues staring in the face, it has a tough going in front of it. How does Nawaz decides to stay clear of trouble is something analyst are watching with fingers crossed and people with bated breath.

Zardari's fraudulent letter to Swiss authorities poses another challenge for Nawaz Sharif

A fraud is a fraud. Zaradari is the biggest fraudster.

If anyone has any conscience and could see performance of his govt, he will know that the cases against him were genuine. PPP govt only did corruption. the whole PPP was busy in hiding their don's previous corruption while extremely busy looting the country with hands and legs too.

None of this treason, only Musharraf committed treason
