Can you provide the source.. because that Moroccan video shows the prisoners in 1976

In 1963 Algeria attacked both Morocco ..and Tunisia at point 233!

In January 1976, the Algerian forces attacked the Moroccan Sahara with the aim of occupying the region of Amgala and separating it from Morocco. The Algerian forces suffered a catastrophic failure and a heavy defeat, The Algerian attack was repeated ten days later, forcing the late King Hassan II to send a strongly worded letter to Algerian President Houari Boumediene to warn him of the severity of the Moroccan reaction and the consequences that may result from it.

What was stated in the royal letter, according to several historians, was as follows: “Mr., President of the Algerian Revolution, Houari Boumediene, I am not pleased to address this letter to you, because it does not satisfy us that I am the writer of its text, and because it will inevitably not bring satisfaction and comfort to your souls. Something really astonishing happened. That is, Mr. President, the Royal Armed Forces found themselves on January 29, 1976, facing the Algerian People's National Army in Amgala, which is an integral part of the Moroccan Sahara."

When the late King Hassan II announced in a speech on February 15, 1976 the phrase “I am only waiting for Algeria to declare war on Morocco,” the Algerian Command Council met to issue a statement saying: “There is no war with Morocco for the sake of the Polisario, and no peace with Morocco without the Polisario.” And the Algerian armies which were penetrating inside the Moroccan borders were withdrawn for fear of the strong reaction that might come from the Moroccan side, which might bring woes to Algeria and its people.

This saying has become the doctrine of the Algerian army from that terrible defeat to this day..

Facts and relevant information:

In October 1974 the Algerian president supported the territorial demands of the Moroccan Kingdom (the Seventh Arab Summit) ..

On March 13, 1895 the Moroccan-British treaty was signed, which states that no power can claim possession of the territories extending between the Draa Valley and Ras Boujdour, because these territories belong to Morocco in response to Spain’s occupation of the Sahara in 1884

And that the inclusion of the Sahara issue on the agenda of the United Nations Special Committee on Decolonization was done in 1964 at the request of Morocco..

The process of capturing Algerian soldiers by the Moroccan army during the eighties

Information for the first time to be published by “Khaled Nizar,” a former Algerian defense minister, who spoke about the Algerian military’s targetting of Moroccan forces within a bank of targets and the implementation of an offensive plan against them, which ended in failure and a number of Algerian attackers were captured ....

General Khaled Nizar laughed at the level of the Algerian army and that it only possesses quantity, not quality... He also spoke about the embarrassment that occurred after the President of the Republic's request to conduct an investigation about this operation and how the Algerians were captured... here are some small excerpts from Khaled Nizar's interview ..

So after seeing what the "Polisario" organization was in terms of strength with the terrible successive and non-stop backing, and Morocco fighting a war for 15 years against the support of the most powerful countries in the world at the time, ending with Morocco winning.. With all objectivity and sportsmanship, the Moroccan army is a true military school with merit.

A detailed topic and pictures documenting the stages of French nuclear tests in Algeria

تفجير نووي

https://arabic.sputniknews.com/arab_world/201609011020044054/

17 Nuclear tests in the Algerian desert, including 13 underground and 4 aerial..

France has recognized four experiments in the Reggane area in the state of Bechar and 13 in Ain Akker in the state of Tamanrasset in southern Algeria, but the researcher and professor of physics and nuclear chemistry at the University of Oran Kazem Al-Aboudi (author of the book "Raqane Springs") reported that France conducted 57 nuclear tests in Algeria, and that the distance zero-zone Between one explosion and another was less than 150 km, which made the atmosphere saturated with nuclear radiation.

The head of the Algerian National Authority for the Promotion of Health and Research Development (FORAM), Mustapha Khayati, confirmed that the devastating effects of French nuclear tests in the Algerian desert will remain for thousands of years..

French Chemical and biological experiments continued in B2-NAMOUS base for more than 11 years after "Independence"..The Minister of Defense himself said it; the base operated from 1962 to 1978

Here is the truth:

Morocco allocated an amount of 10 billion dollars annually for military deals for 10 years

What was contracted by Morocco is worth thinking about a bit:

Fighter planes:
- 25 F16 Viper aircraft
- 23 Block 52 aircraft to Viper
With the new APG-83 radar and AMRAAM missiles

Attack helicopters
- 36 Apache longbow

Drones
- Heron
- MQ-9
- Bayraktar
- Hermes 900

Air Defense
- Patriot system
- VL-MICA system
- HQ-9B system

Artillery
- 36 Caesar 155 mm

...etc

But most important is what is projected in the next few years:

Navy
- 3 heavy frigates
- 6 light frigates
- 4 submarines
- 12 fully-armed light corvette
- 10 armed Naval helicopters
- 4 cargo ships and supplies
- 4 coastal defense batteries

The total for the navy is $13 billion. If we assume that part of this equipment is manufactured locally, it will be at least $4 billion for the local economy.

Air Force
- 50 fighters (talk about F-15 and F-35)
- Helicopters for transport and special operations
- Attack helicopters (talk about 24 T129 ATAK)
- Transport aircraft
- Early warning and anti-submarine aircraft and ships
- G550 ELINT / ISR aircrafts

Total 17 billion for the Air Force

Ground forces
- Abrahms M1A2 MBT (250 additional tanks)
- Armored vehicles (700 tracked and wheeled armored vehicles; VAP, Stryker. Bradley,..)
- 200 MBT3000 (China)
- Air-defence systems
- M60 tank modernization (250 units)
- Miscellaneous
- M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS)
- individual equipment, building barracks and bases, etc

A total of 12 billion dollars for the ground forces..

So 42 billion in total .. very well within the Moroccan budget..And if we calculate this percentage with the real GDP, it does not exceed 1.5 percent.

All this won't make Morocco the most powerful army in North Africa.. but will make it an effective and efficient army..

Assessing the outcome of a prospective conflict between France and Algeria. A look at the aerial, air defence, ground and naval capabilities of both countries, and the advantages and disadvantages both could face.

France would win easily. The only chance for Algeria would be a Taliban style insurgency.

That's one big upgrade O_O They are actually getting on par with the Algerians and maybe even more.

why going to war there is millions algerians lives in france more enough to make troubles there france will never risk to attack

.
Algeria has one of the best radar Networks in that region Plus a capable airforce. It wouldnt easy for France to invade Algeria.

I hope Algeria buys some Iranian drones given the fact that Algerian radars mostly are of eastern origins, they can use Iranian drones easily.

Instead of wasting resources on Russian Iskander-e tactical BMs they could purchase Iranian Zulfiqar with 700 KM Range a real threat to French naval assets too. Syria is producing Teshreen version of fateh 110 tactical ballistic missile with 300 KM Range and pin point accuracy. Which means Algeria can count on transfer of technology.

Iranian BMs are the same ones that pounded American airbase in Iraq 😁

Algeria is way better armed than Iran overall conventionally. Iran doesn't really have much to offer Algeria aside for Zulfiqar but you can't sell 700km BM due to some shitty UN rules but it can only happen under the table. It can get much better BMs elsewhere tho with ToT and more longer range

For 10 years holy shit. They are keeping parity

Why would they want to threaten France?

«France would win easily». No... I suggest you watch the video before making empty claims. France does not have the military capability to invade a country as powerful as Algeria on its own. If it ever tried it would suffer a miserable defeat.
