BSF is under an IPS official, I think all the forces=> central, reserves, Special forces , Army and Police should have one common command in J&K. This would be an step towards increasing the efficiency.

No number of killed terrorists can avenge the loss of our soldiers.

The C&C structure in J&K is pretty clearly defined with the areas of responsibility for the IA/RR, CRPF, JKP and BSF known to all. Addtionally all the relevent forces have a high degree of interoperability and cordinate closely.
