These are PA security forces which protect the President in the West Bank. They're not created to fight Israel, and don't posses any weapons arsenal. I'm not sure why Arabian legend created a thread on this.

The Palestinians who do defend theirselves and actually have military organizations are in the Gaza Strip and much more well trained than anybody else could he in their position. You can't say people who managed to go up against an Israeli offensive aren't well trained. Israel resorted to attacking civilians in the last four days of the most recent war because of the organization of Palestinians. They couldn't find any targets nor any fighters.

As for women taking part in military operations this is not true, Palestine actually has more women's rights than Arab neighboring regions, they are very involved in the society and most graduates are female. In the past many females also lead military groups such as the PFLP, look up Leila Khaled. This is not the first time, this is something common from the past.
