bingo. I was about to say this... Open ghq section not allow other to post but atleast let up see whats going on. How there are getting bann and whats their stand. It will be helpfull for person who do regular mistake so that i can see like "okay by doing dis we get infi or warning." and this will also clear that doubts how mods are working... The person who gets infracted almost always knows what offence he committed.

And what do you mean by 'doubts on working of mods?'

An infractions is b/w the mod who gave it and the person who received it. These infractions are then reviewed by senior mods and admins. If somebody then goes GHQ, both parties will give their opinions, peer review sort of stuff and then the final decision rests with the admin.
