Five-year-old Burberry model Laila Naim to walk for Ali Xeeshan in Fashion Parade London

Surely children should be kept out of such things. I dont object to modelling. if an adult man/woman thinks that he/she wants to do it then who am I to say they shouldnt, but a child has no free will and is essentially being forced into a profession. That is profoundly wrong and will have an impact on the child's growth. She should be in school learning that we should not judge others based on how they look. Instead she will spend her day around people who are fixated with outward appearances.

The kid looks like a frog and the designer like a toad...... I mean WTF............ Burberry probably hired her to get the shock and awe factor......... :P

Listen Just shutup. You are so inhumane and disgusting. U really desereve to be kicked in ur guts like there is no tommorrow.

Good opportunity for the girl at such a young age. Hopefully, she will put her head down and work through this opportunity instead of allowing pride to throw it all away and be destitute at the age of 16.

But u know what truly bites me is. This girl had modelled for burberry and made news for that around in march april. What really got to me was dawn news etc and even her parents bragging abt it as "Omg!!! A pakistani girl featured in a burberry CAMPAIGNNN!!!! OH MY GAWWWWD!!!! Such honor of honors ,yeahh!!!.

like for gods sake Pakistanis start respecting urselves. If any gora, indian, foreigner, foreign label will praise u or hire u for some job ,then do you really have to feel sooo over the moon for that. Do u really have to display this pathetic inferiority complex ridden mindset, that oh A PAKISTANI GOT this .....learn to love and respect urself for who you are rather than looking for gora or indians stamp of approval to start spotting positive stuff in you. (By you didnt mean 'you', addressing pakistanis )

*shamain steps down from soapbox,phew!!!

Mera matlab yeh tha post ka, kay jab koi foreign label hires a pakistani ,tau our media as well as pakistanis go crazy as , 'ohhhh woww''' dekho some extremely famous western designer label hired us, or graced us with attention.
I was saying just scrap this sort of inferiority ridden mindset. If they hire u, dont take it as an honor in a sense, 'oh being a pakistani i am getting this offer ,such a big deal ,or cuz some gora,or hindian praised us etc etc.

Just be happy with your identity and who you are.

(And i would suggest rather act like a snob. Its an honor for them that they hired you. =^_^= )
