ISLAMABAD: The capital police registered on late Tuesday night a criminal case against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, some federal ministers and police officials under an order issued by a district and sessions court.

On Monday, the district and sessions judge asked the Secretariat police to register the case while disposing of a petition filed by the Pakistan Awami Tehreek over the alleged killing of its three workers on Aug 30.

He also directed the police to strictly follow the law. According to police sources, the case was registered under Section 7 of the ATA and PPCs 302, 324, 148, 149.

Yep, I don't think so. The bail would be required if a challan is presented against him and he makes it to the list of final suspects. But mind you that terrorism is a non-bailable offence.

They are not police, They are robbers, stealing the mobiles, They are kidnappers, kidnapping people from home & cars. Under law, there is severe punishment to those people. Even they accepted in front of Imran , they are doing illegal actions from order of government.

He was actually helping innocent Pakistanis. I mean how stupid one can be that one posts the video evidence of offence as a trophy.
As per law, once a suspect is handcuffed, only magistrate can un-cuff the suspect. The policeman has no authority of un-cuffing before the order of the magistrate. Attacking a policeman can lead to a charge of 302 with a minimum of life imprisonment.
