We are wasting or loosing same amount of money every year due to follies of our politicians.
Gulfies had been kind to every one and mostly to Pakistan, at least that's what history says.
While planning doesn't require gulf money and we lack in it.

True somehow but I'll give IK a chance.. Egypt's projects' plans were there for a while.. it took the will of the leadership to execute them and this is a very positive point for Sisi..
