Somehow i'm starting to believe that rioting and looting is part of black culture,so,in a way you could say it's racist to stop them from such activities.

And B.Americans don't give an crap about slavery, it's Jim Crow law that fucked up everything in US Race relations. Could one imagines that just 40 years ago, Black and White Americans were not allowed to marry each other. It the main reason why you only see this crap in the US but not in other American nations that had more slavery, like Brazil, Colombia or Cuba etc. It's also the roots of B.American anti-intellectualism because what's the point if trying to get in an medical university like John Hopkins if you not not allowed to go to white's only state education system? And even if you succeeded, the chance of you becoming an practitioner is slim indeed as black professionals were not allowed to do well in their trades esp. in the South. And 80 percent of US black citizens work and is employed. It's not Europe where you have an generous welfare package for the unemployed even in poorer Balkan nations. In the Us, if you don't have an job you only get special stamps but your screwed after that. America's unemployed rate is above 10 percent, that's 30-45 million people. If break the demographics then you will see that 50 percent of the unemployed is white while the rest is minorities therefore it makes since considering that WA makes up 65-70 percent of the Us population and there is 40 million black Americans. I mean entire states in the south have 50-70 percent black populations like NO, Mississippi, Georgia etc. If your setrotypes are true then the deep south and black belt states will be on fire.

And you are right in some sense, the problem with B.Americans is that their mindset is in the past believing it's like 1938 or something and all European Americans are still against them, when are actually they are one that's is obsessed with racism. And they have an strong anti-intellectual culture, and I mean good lord I read an paper on how an group black teens beat one of their friends to pulp because he won an science award contest in his high school thus was targeted for abuse because he 'acted white'.
