I agree mate...$10m can do a lot of things.
But the problem with nawaz regime is, he gave wrong people wrong job. Power ministry need to be held by someone who knows the job well and doesn't rely on numbers. Same jobs for finance ministry, which is run by an accountant.
Railways is being run by a non-technical minister and doing well. Power and Water ministry is more challanging because it involves more politics than management. Manage the country like K-Electric does in Karachi and you can greatly reduce the circular debt. However, next day you'll see CM's complaining "Wafaq hamary sath na Insaafi kar raha hay"$10m can do a lot of things.

Dr.Musadiq was holding power portfolio in early days, he is a subject expert on energy. But because of political windfalls, he wasn't able to push his ideas through.Um finance ministry is also doing well. Imf is good.
But if we had someone really good who is not accountant and handle finance ministry, then yes it'll run even more efficient. Railway is doing good but it can do even better if technical person gets job.
Or they could've put that foreign affairs guy. Previously he also held finance ministry and I think he has phd in economics. Yeah he's quite old but if he can do foreign affairs, he can do better job at finance than ishaq dar. Let's not forget he was responsible for not releasing money for purchase of oil back when there was petrol shortage.Dr.Musadiq was holding power portfolio in early days, he is a subject expert on energy.
