The Sooner we get Rid of this Criminal amendment the Better it would be for the Country. Those who wrote and Passed knew what they were doing. Those Few Lines of Text almost made the Federal Government irrelevant and Cashless.

NFC award should be Repealed and standardized taxation should be Brought all over the country. Federation has to pay for Defense and Debt servicing together this makes 3.5 Trillion. Share of the Federation in Funds should be increased. If Provinces have to ask for Federal Help even after a decade after this Amendment then it shows how stupid and useless it was.

Zardari, Mian Raza Rabbani, Asfandyar Wali and Altaf Hussian, And all other traitorous Turds were the main architects of the 18th amendment. It gave PPP what they wanted a Kingdom of their own where Federation has very little authority. Allowed Gunjeazam his 3rd term.

It is not justdiverting finances to the fiefdoms and making the Federal Government cashless.

This law was designed first and foremost to make the federal government powerless with very little authority on what goes on in the country.

The other big reason for bringing in this law was to drastically reduce the revenue that goes to the federal government. Taking away most of the administrative departments from the federal government means the federal govt budget is also reduced. What remains gets mostly eaten up by debt servicing. Which ensures that the government won't ever have the latitude to increase defence spending to a level comparable to what it was in the 80s and 90s.
