No, he belongs to NA-56, was covering candidate for IK and was doing his campaign in that constituency. But IK retained that seat and due to only few vacant seats, this guy hasn't gotten a slot.. He's former MPA from PP-14 (under NA-56) back in 2002 when he was in Jamat-e-Islami..
