Another civilian killed in another Fake encounter.
The militant army is claiming to have got killed during an encounter in Kamala forests of Bachoo Tral has turned out to be a civilian.
Sources said that the deceased has been identified as Khalid Muzaffar. Khalid according to local sources is the brother of most wanted Hizb commander, Burhan. Burhan is a resident of Tral.
Sources revealed that Tral police have refused to take the body of the deceased. Officials are however, tight lipped about the local’s allegations.

A suspected militant was today killed in an encounter with security forces in forests of Tral area in south Kashmir's Pulwama district.

Army personnel launched a search operation in Kamla Top forest area near Buchoo village of Tral following information about presence of militants in the area, army officials said.

They said one militant was killed in a brief encounter and two assault rifles and two magazines were recovered from his possession.

The identity of the suspected militant is yet to be established.

Meanwhile, protests broke out in Sharifabad area of Tral as local residents alleged that the slain youth was not a militant and killed in custody by the Army.

The slain youth was identified as Khalid Muzaffar, whose family alleged that he was killed in a "fake encounter", police sources said.

Army officials did not respond to the allegations.

A defence spokesman, in a statement issued here, said the slain youth was a "terrorist".
