As long as current electoral system is here, which is based on bradari, wealth and power, these kind of people will continue to come in power. This is a mindset. Feudal even if gets a degree from Oxford will remain a feudal.

PS: Doctors are also a part of same culture. I have witnessed myself the kind of attitude they show to poor people at public hospitals. Our society needs to be corrected from top to bottom.
