First time ever, Pakistan is going to have such great brains in government. I feel so proud when I look at this highly educated cabinet unlike the previous one. These are the people who are going to represent us internationally, raising our image. Government policies are now in firm hands unlike the ignorant "jaali" degree holders. Only educated people can make education a priority rather than roads and cabs.

There are even more qualified people behind the scenes and some of them may get advisory roles. Diesel is history...just forget him.
KPK pattern will, in-sha-Allah, be repeated all over Pakistan in 2023 if PTI lives up to 35% of its plans. But as I said this is all secondary. First we need to form the governments. Portfolios can be decided later. Only one guy who should already be on desk and sweating with a team of experts is Asad Umar, rest should be hunting for the independents and not-so-independents in every nook and cranny..

The number is even larger and many had been working for years in developing policies and most of them have no desire to run elections or take up official positions. But if required some of them may come and settle in Pakistan to work permanently for the development. There are PhD doctors and professional who have years of experience in fields ranging from defence to energy system, policies to education. Right now our system is very obsolete and gives preference to elected members instead of professionals as in USA and Singapore. Thus restructuring is needed so that such people can be placed in right positions with full authority.

Irrelevant question, whoever become CM has to follow IK's vision. We should spend our time in a better way.

Good team , but more intellectually smart people are required at the top positions in various positions of governance, especially Civil Service, Bureaucracy , Economic growth, and institutional growth of Pakistan. Needs 100s of well qualified strong administrators and professionals.
