While researching the proposed OHP transfers to Pakistan, I ran across the US government's list of what they've given away to who, over the last 10 years or so. Thought this audience might find it interesting.
Defense Trade and Arms Transfers | The Official Home of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency

Includes sales, give-aways of excess equipment, and financing. Poke down a bit, there's a spreadsheet for the excess equipment that is pretty interesting. Almost everyone got something, and they list things down to individual trousers ($5.76 current value). The UK picked up a "Fighter Aircraft Hulk, F-4N" worth $3200 in 1995. Does your country need an aircraft hulk?? Perhaps, like Turkey, you need 106mm APERS ammunition, qty 1314. Or, Saint Lucia, which picked up 10,000 rounds of .38 ammo and a patrol boat. Saudi Arabia picked up a table and three offset presses, amongst other things. Russia got only "Various telemedicine equipment". One line item for New Zealand is $1000 worth of "Ship parts". Jamaica got a typewriter that the US government somehow manage to buy for "only" $1300 (current value $65, in 1995). No mystery why the US has such a high defense budget, spending $1300 on a single typewriter. Serious Iceland stuck to just radars and parts for radars. Germany got 55664 grenades, about 7.5 million rounds of 7.62mm, and 7 shotguns. Watch out Poland! Guyana got musical instruments (really!). Eritrea picked out a salvage ship. What are they salvaging?? Estonia needed 79 sleeping bags.

Entertaining reading! Its like a flea market for military and vaguely military stuff.
