Alright, Mr. CIA, if the US knows "everything" about China, then why does it still send U-2 spyplanes over Chinese waters? US analysts are trying to find the size of PLA's arsenal, and for over fifty years with no avail. Last time I heard the US sent a spyplane over a PLAN submarine base, they were flanked by a J-8 and was subsequently crashed.

The PLA is the most hushed military in the world and US predictions for PLA systems were off by 10 years (J-20, for example). The PLA has thousands of black projects and so far every time the PLA reveals a weapons system, they set off surprise alarms in the US.

So, tell me, who has better brains: the PLA, who hides their arsenal in underground bunkers deep within mountains, or the USA, who brags about most of its major systems, even before they are released (F/A-XX, for example).

PLA has 570 megatons of firepower, the 2nd most powerful arsenal in the world. I'm pretty sure the US does not want to taste them either.
