Estimation of joint Arab military force component

According to BBC news(Arab League agrees to create joint military force - BBC News the joint arab military force will be consisted of about 40,000 elite members, including land, naval and air force. So considering the number of 40,000 and the word "elite", the best comparison could be:
Netherlands with 37,400 active military
Finland with 37,500 active military
with a less comparable military force as backups:
Oman with 42,600 active military.

For Netherlands, the ratio of the land: navy: air force is about: 2.5: 1.3: 1, with the following equipment:
MBT: 18(Leopard 2)
IFV: ~100(CV9035NL)

From this data we can see that, the Holland army is heavily emphasizing naval force, while th Finnish army is more focused on land force. So if we normalize the number based on Finnish army(totally 12 points), the ratio become:
Holland: 6.25: 3.25: 2.5
Finland: 9: 2: 1
Holland air force is balanced with enough fighter, transporter and helicopter, so I fix the number for air force of joint Arab military as 2.5, but reduce navy force number to 2.75, then the number of army is 6.75, with the number:

Netherlands have a well trained military that maintains NATO standards, the Arab military have proven that they are bad at infantry fighting it out at the battlefield. Thus they will require more tanks, IFV and APCs, helicopters and fighter jets.

But they probably will not have a strong Navy considering that the so called Arab Military is there for the sole reason of containing Iran and the Persian Gulf isn't that deep. Not to forget to mention about British and US presence over there.

The major role of joint Arab military force navy is for protecting the landing force and blocking the marine transportation line of its enemy, as an independent force, I think limited region air defense ability is needed, because its enemies have lots of anti-ship missiles,and I have already lower down the weighting of the navy and adjust the force to be more focused on landing and patrolling roles.
As to Arab military compared to Netherlands, I think generally you are right, but if you choose only 40,000 elites from about 10 Arabian countries, they may be comparable.

Algeria , a member of the Arab league is against its creation and is not a participant. The force in question , an idea of Egyptian president Sissi , will be under the command and financial influence of the Sauds. It is created mainly to subdue other muslim country who do not sunbsribe to the Sauds hegemony. No definite goal of the force have been given or discussed. Iran, Lebanon, Syria, Lybia and Algeria would be a surely a target, We have already had a taste of the wahabis in the 90's that left 200,000 dead and over $20 Billion destruction (90's $) on top of a world embargo, including Arab states , whom all, as the west established entry visa for Algerians and removed their embassies from the country as well as forbade their airlines to fly to Algeria.. visa save few, ie UAE and Tunisia. Tunisia was our window for visa and any departure.

Arab armies have lead in their @sses and they are proficient as tits on a wild boar....Yemen gives a good idea of the training and the lethality of the arab armies.. as far, as I thing the world is really safe from them...most will end up shooting self in the foot, just as the Sauds and their crude oil policies..

The problem, is they lost steam and that is fatal to any army...I thing the storming of Bar Lev line is by itself tremendous success , skilfully executed , that is still to this day, taught in the most prestigious world military schools..
