As far as I saw, there are large number of PDF members who are upset about IK's recent decision change regarding the KL-19 summit.
I translated for you the answer to the question asked about this issue, in the interview which gave to journalists on the return from the Summit.
The whole interview is here: https://www.aydinlik.com.tr/erdogan-bizim-de-yaptirimlarimiz-olacak-turkiye-aralik-2019
(Sorry, only Turkish)
QUESTION: How do you evaluate the absence of Pakistan and Indonesia from the Kuala Lumpur Summit, as a result of pressure from KSA ?
RTE: Such attitudes of the royal administrations of Riyadh and Abu Dhabi are not seen for the first time, many examples. Unfortunately, we see that Saudi Arabia is putting pressure on Pakistan's will, again. Now, they have some promises to Pakistan regarding the Central Bank. (Probably what IK explained to RTE) But above all, 4 million Pakistanis work in Saudi Arabia. These people also take care of their families in Pakistan.
After this situation ( triple mechanism) they made threats our counterparts like “we send them back, we take Bangladeshi instead.”
On the other hand, in related to the KL-2019 summit; They also threatened Pakistan on economic sanction issues related to the Central Bank, such as ‘So we withdraw our money”.
As result of all of these, Pakistan, which is in serious economic difficulties, had to adopt a different attitude at this point.
In other words, praise be to Allah, they cannot come to our near with this style. It's all about posture. When there is a stance, the doors are opened with the grace of Allah. I hope that one day our brothers will realize this.
