Like you leave a small scale soviet union and the leave it for 30 years without maintenance.

I think N.Korea should send a volunteer army to Ukraine to fight for Russia. N. Korea is already under west sanction anyways. It's good for N.Korea's long term interest.

Let Kim keep Japan and South Korea in check and keep arming him with all sorts of missiles and hypersonic missiles

This frees up Pakistan and China to exclusively bully India into submission
