War of terror, drone attacks and attack on Jamia Hafsa were all massively unpopular and politically inconvenient, yet Mushy was such a maverick in those scenarios, why?

Sure, the average Pakistani is criminal, corrupt etc. Whose responsibility is to keep them in check? to educate them? it is of the Govt.

Nonetheless, govt officers get perks, status and high salaries just because they mustn't do corruption, and so to serve the country better.
