I am against the Ghaddari case because this looks stupid to call your general a Ghaddar but he did dishonor his oath to protect Pakistani constitution for that he should be held accountable, so that our brave generals think before they interfere in politics. However, this trial by cheap justice party, behind closed doors, has injustice written all over it.
There is not a single reason for building any sort of case against Musharraf.

Few, points i like to highlight, which have no counter argument, even by the common enemies of Pakistan and Musharraf.

Biased attitude of courts

18th amendment and changing wordings of Article 6 are biased

politicians have changed constitution for personal benefit

BA condition was removed to benefit Zardari

Third term PM was added to benefit Nawaz

Iftekhar did not follow Judge’s Reference under 209 and took matters on road

biased judiciary who banned Musharraf for no reason rather banning lifetime. a clause does not exist in law

not following Article 38 is also Ghaddari

Pakistan was very democratic having City Governments at Tehsil level under Musharraf

This man even after retirement hold very much the status, he enjoyed while being on reinstatement, this hints that his resources and influence over all political parties are intact, even after his retirement.
While unreasonable support of GEO and few alike media groups, paint much more scary picture.

Musharraf should be tried for his military coup of October 1999 and all those who aided and abetted him should also be included as clearly mentioned under article 6 of the Constitution. Only then it will be seen that justice has been done.

This is conflicting, because Musharraf was in air at the time of (popular) coup.
Anyhow, before the much spoken coup, which according to the facts was counter coup, and while talking about justice.... would it not be fair that trials should be carried out in orderly manner!

Who we? Where do you come from?

Although it is non of your business, but since you are misleading the kids of Pakistan, it is important to counter your hate filled lie, so.......

If defence ministers and secretaries had any authority, P.Musharraf may not have been the CoAS, on the first place.
It is clear, that (so called) democratic regimes in Pakistan are always dictatorial and tyrant, contrary to the govts. where President is from military background.
For the sake of further clarification....... before Oct. 1999 Nawaz Sharif had assumed position of 'zil e ilahi' and fell into a grave, which he dug for others.

I support the trial of musharraf. he should face the gallows so that next time a general thinks 100 times of the consequences of subverting the constitution , when great leaders like Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto could be tried & hanged then why not a dictator ? who broke the law & toppled a democratically elected government along with doing a strategic blunder like the kargill operation which threw the nation in an embarrassing position in front of the world community, then why should Musharraf not pay for his crimes against this nation, or is the law only for civilians ? this is an important question haunting the collective conscious of the nation & it needs to be answered

Are you really ignorant of the fact that, Musharraf is not being trialed for toppling any (so called) democratic govt. rather for sacking his own parliament (so called dictator), and if he is convicted for the charge, than would you not consider undoing his official discharge of duty, carried in state of traitorship....which includes elections and consequently serving oath to current ministers and cheap judiciary.

learn, demand for selective punishment is not justice, when cheap justice was dismissed, than which constitution allowed Imran Khan party to damage Pakistan's infrastructure and economy, in the name of justice?

Moreover, I think you have serious issues understanding what crime is!
FYI, crimes can be listed as, plane hijacking, murder, corruption, money laundering, stealing, passing Pakistan's nuclear secrets to Iran and India. etc.

Also keep in mind, Musharraf is being trialed by invoking some article of law, truth about which is given in OP, but if you are so sure about Musharraf's crimes than go contact Nawaz Sharif, and tell him what more (self suiting) articles he can invoke, he will surely hire you as attorney general of Pakistan.
